Smoothies are my absolute favorite thing ever! they’re so quick and easy to make and you can make them the night before, ready to drink on the run!. For this recipe you’re going to need some frozen bananas, make sure you chop them up and put them in the freezer the night before you’re going to use them.
1 x Bananas
3 x Frozen Bananas
1 x Cup of Fresh Pineapple
2 x Passion Fruits
– Put bananas & pineapple in a blender with 1 1/2 cups of water….then blend. The mixture can be quite thick so if its not blending properly just add a little more water.
– Layer the smoothie with the passion fruit and enjoy! 🙂
Serves 1 or 2
*Mint and Lime would be great additions
